Av\u0161ak p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 40 % kau\u010duku krom\u011b p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edho kau\u010duku tvo\u0159\u00ed syntetick\u00fd butadienov\u00fd kau\u010duk (SBR, BR). Ve sv\u011btle toho za\u010dal pneumatik\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl aktivn\u011b zkoumat v\u00fdrobu a vyu\u017eit\u00ed butadienov\u00e9ho kau\u010duku, kde se sna\u017eili vyu\u017e\u00edvat p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed alternativn\u00ed suroviny, nikoli ropu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Univerzita v Toyame aktivn\u011b a inovativn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k dekarbonizovan\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti v\u00fdvojem vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00fdch katalyz\u00e1tor\u016f pro recyklaci oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho, jednoho ze sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 2016 za\u010dala Toyama University pracovat na projektu s Tsubakim a profesorem Noritsuem, kte\u0159\u00ed se pod\u00edleli na spole\u010dn\u00e9m v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Synt\u00e9za butadienu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ned\u00e1vno se otev\u0159ela cesta k synt\u00e9ze butadienu z oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho, kter\u00fd je pova\u017eov\u00e1n za jednu z hlavn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din klimatick\u00fdch zm\u011bn a m\u00e1 velk\u00fd vliv na glob\u00e1ln\u00ed oteplov\u00e1n\u00ed. \u201eV\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme dos\u00e1hnout skv\u011bl\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f v minimalizaci klimatick\u00fdch zm\u011bn sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm environment\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee (emise oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b toho, pokud se oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd pou\u017eije jako v\u00fdchoz\u00ed materi\u00e1l pro polymeraci na butadienov\u00fd kau\u010duk, je vysok\u00e1 pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee se v budoucnu p\u0159\u00edmo pou\u017eije jako \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd a v\u00fdkonn\u00fd materi\u00e1l p\u0159i skute\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b pneumatik LCA (Life Cycle Assessment).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eNa univerzit\u011b v Toyame jsme zalo\u017eili V\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 centrum transformace uhl\u00edkov\u011b neutr\u00e1ln\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f s c\u00edlem prov\u00e1d\u011bt z\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u011bdeck\u00fd v\u00fdzkum ve v\u00fdvoji technologie, kter\u00e1 dok\u00e1\u017ee transformovat materi\u00e1ly nov\u00e9 generace, kde na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem je p\u0159isp\u011bt k udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti. Rovn\u011b\u017e realizujeme aplikovan\u00fd v\u00fdzkum, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161it mo\u017enost implementace na\u0161eho z\u00e1m\u011bru do reality.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gumi.hu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/toyo-tires-butadiene.jpg\" alt=\"butadi\u00e9n szint\u00e9zis\" class=\"wp-image-9605\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u00e9to \u010dinnosti je technologick\u00fd rozvoj obou spole\u010dnost\u00ed. P\u0159i v\u00fdvoji pevn\u00fdch katalyz\u00e1tor\u016f s pou\u017eit\u00edm levn\u00fdch, nen\u00e1kladn\u00fdch u\u0161lechtil\u00fdch kov\u016f bylo dosa\u017eeno p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho katalytick\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v\u00fdsledek extrakce m\u00e1 jednu z nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch hodnot na sv\u011bt\u011b. \u201eV budoucnu budeme pokra\u010dovat ve v\u00fdvoji katalytick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho pro s\u00e9riovou v\u00fdrobu, jeho\u017e c\u00edlem je praktick\u00e1 aplikace do konce tohoto desetilet\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho prov\u00e1d\u00edme v\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj v oblasti nahrazen\u00ed pry\u017ee a materi\u00e1l\u016f pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch k jej\u00edmu zpevn\u011bn\u00ed, kde se budeme sna\u017eit vyu\u017e\u00edt zejm\u00e9na udr\u017eiteln\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f. C\u00edlem je sn\u00ed\u017eit dopad v\u00fdroby pneumatik na spole\u010dnost. \u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V sou\u010dasnosti je n\u011bkolik vozidel vybaveno prototypy pneumatik, kter\u00e9 aktivn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed trvale udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly a \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed se off-roadov\u00fdch z\u00e1vod\u016f, jako je Dakarsk\u00e1 Rallye. V budoucnu postup zopakujeme a tyto prototypy se objev\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad na N\u00fcrburgring 24 Hours of Endurance. Poznatky z\u00edskan\u00e9 v jedine\u010dn\u00fdch j\u00edzdn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 akce nab\u00edz\u00ed, pozd\u011bji vyu\u017eijeme p\u0159i v\u00fdvoji technologie s\u00e9riov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00fdch a unik\u00e1tn\u00edch pneumatik Toyo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eNa\u0161e spole\u010dnost si dala za c\u00edl zv\u00fd\u0161it do roku 2030 pod\u00edl vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed udr\u017eiteln\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f p\u0159i v\u00fdvoji produkt\u016f na 40 %.
